Usage
- Hang the panel on the door using the included hook, place it on the floor stand, or lean it against a wall.
- Turn on red light, near-infrared light, or both using the RED and NIR buttons.
- Sit or stand approximately 10-20 cm from the panel and expose as much bare skin as possible.
- We recommend 15-20 minutes per day. The timer can be set for up to 60 minutes.

In between The Fox and The Red Deer
The Fox is a tabletop panel for one area at a time, and The Red Deer is designed for half or the whole body. The Red Panda falls somewhere in between, with 1,000 W in a panel that’s 90 cm tall, so you can treat your back or legs all at once. Even so, it’s only 20.5 cm wide and fits behind a door or in a corner.
How to use The Red Panda
About 15-20 minutes a day is enough. Turn around halfway through so both the front and back get light.

Choose location
Hang the panel on the door, lean it against the wall, or place it on the floor stand.

Is The Red Panda coming back?
No. The Red Panda is being discontinued, and we’re only selling the last few units. If you want a panel for large areas of the body once it’s sold out, we recommend The Red Deer, our best-selling panel.
What is the difference between The Red Panda and The Red Deer?
Both panels have red and near-infrared light and are approximately the same height. The Red Panda is 20.5 cm wide and weighs 7.5 kg, so it is both narrower and lighter. It delivers 85 mW/cm² at a distance of 15 cm. The Red Deer is 28 cm wide, has 1,500 W, and delivers 118 mW/cm² at approximately the same distance, so it covers a larger area and provides a more intense treatment. If you want a panel that takes up little space and is easy to move, The Red Panda is a good choice, while The Red Deer is suitable for you if you want to treat large areas in less time.
What is the difference between The Red Panda and The Fox?
The Fox is a tabletop panel measuring 30 × 20 cm, which is suitable when treating one area at a time, such as the face or shoulders. The Red Panda is 90 cm tall, so you can treat large areas such as the back or legs all at once.
Can I treat my entire body with The Red Panda?
Yes. The panel covers large parts of the body at once. Treat the front and back separately, and feel free to turn your body slightly so that the light reaches the areas you want to focus on. Expose as much bare skin as possible for the best results.
How long and how often should I use it?
We recommend 15-20 minutes a day at a distance of approximately 10-20 cm. You can use the panel every day, and more information about the settings can be found in the user manual.
How do I hang up the panel?
The package includes a hanging system with a door hook that fits doors approximately 3.5 cm thick. You can easily adjust the height using the hanging system’s wires. You can also lean the panel against a wall, place it on our floor stand with lockable wheels, or mount it horizontally using the horizontal stand. Both are sold separately.
Do I need to wear safety glasses?
The light is bright, so most people find it more comfortable to wear glasses, especially when the panel is aimed at the face. Protective glasses are not included with The Red Panda but are available as an accessory.
Is it safe to use?
The Red Panda uses LED light without UV radiation. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant, light-sensitive, or have a medical condition. Nutrilights products are not medical products.

You have a 12-month warranty and a 14-day right of return for unopened packages. You can pay securely with Klarna.
