Usage
- Rinse your mouth and the mouthpiece with water.
- Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and bite down gently.
- Hold the button for two seconds and press again to select blue, red, or both.
- Let the light work for 16 minutes until the timer turns it off. Then rinse the mouthpiece and your mouth.
