The Red Kangaroo is twice the size of The Red Deer and covers your entire body when you stand or sit in front of it. Instead of treating one body part at a time, large areas of your body receive light simultaneously. To get the most out of the treatment, divide it between your front and back.
You can hang the panel on a door using the included hook or lean it against a wall. If you want to roll it between rooms, a floor stand with lockable wheels is available as an accessory.

What is the difference compared with The Red Deer?
Both panels have red light at 660 nm and near-infrared light at 850 nm. The Red Deer at 1,500 W is our best-selling panel and is suitable for half or the entire body. The Red Kangaroo at 3,000 W is twice as large and 150 cm tall, allowing you to treat your entire body at once, even while standing. A treatment takes 10-15 minutes. Is there research supporting red light therapy?
Yes. In research, this method is called photobiomodulation, and it has been investigated in many clinical studies. Studies have shown that red and near-infrared light can help relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and speed up recovery after exercise.
A systematic review in The Lancet showed that treatment with low-intensity red and near-infrared laser light reduced neck pain (Chow et al. 2009). A meta-analysis of 13 studies showed that the light can improve muscle performance and accelerate recovery, especially when used before exercise (Leal-Junior et al. 2015). In a review, researcher Michael Hamblin describes how the light can reduce inflammation, both where it is applied and throughout the body (Hamblin 2017).
Can I use The Red Kangaroo in my business?
Yes, it is used by many spas and clinics. A treatment takes 10-15 minutes, and the entire body is exposed to light at once, so several people can use the panel during the same day. Do I need a floor stand?
No. The package includes a hook that fits doors and other surfaces that are approximately 3.5 cm thick. You can also lean the panel against a wall. The floor stand with lockable wheels is sold separately and makes it easy to move the panel between rooms. If you want the panel positioned horizontally above a bed or bench, a horizontal stand is available.
How long and how often should I use it?
You can use the panel every day. A treatment takes 10-15 minutes. For the best results, divide the time between the front and back. Sit or stand approximately 10-20 cm from the panel. You can find more information about the settings in the user manual.
Can I use it on my skin?
Yes. Red light can stimulate the skin’s collagen production and contribute to a more even skin tone. With The Red Kangaroo, the light reaches the skin across large areas of the body at the same time. If you want to focus entirely on your face and neck, The Lynx LED mask is a great complement.
Is it safe to use?
The Red Kangaroo uses LED light without UV radiation. The light is bright, so a basic pair of protective glasses is included. If you have epilepsy, you should be cautious when using the pulsing function, as it involves flashing lights. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant, light-sensitive, or have a medical condition.
