Usage
- Fold up the panel on the stand and angle it toward the area you want to treat.
- Sit approximately 10-20 cm from the panel and expose as much bare skin as possible.

The Fox has both red and near-infrared light, so you give your skin and body light in the same treatment.
Replenishing energy
The light stimulates the cells’ energy production in the mitochondria, which may reduce winter fatigue and provide more energy in everyday life.
Blood circulation and recovery
The near-infrared light at 850 nm penetrates deeper into the tissue and may increase blood circulation. Studies have shown that red and near-infrared light can reduce inflammation and promote faster recovery after exercise.

Can I use The Fox all over my body?
Yes. The Fox works on all parts of the body, but because it is compact, you treat one area at a time. If you want to cover your whole body, divide the treatment into several areas. If you want to treat large areas at once, a larger panel such as The Red Deer is a better choice.
Should I choose The Fox or The Red Deer?
Choose The Fox if you want powerful light in a compact format that sits on a table and it is enough for you to treat one area at a time, such as the face, shoulders, or back. Choose The Red Deer if you want to illuminate large areas such as the back and legs at once. It is 92 cm tall and has approximately twice the light intensity at a distance of 15 cm.
Is The Fox as good for the skin as The Lynx?
The Fox has both red and near-infrared light, so you can use it for both your skin and as part of your recovery. If you want to focus entirely on your face and neck, The Lynx LED mask is a better choice, as it is shaped to fit the face and has several light programs for the skin.
Is there research supporting red light therapy?
Yes. In research, this method is called photobiomodulation, and it has been investigated in many clinical studies. Studies have shown that red and near-infrared light can help relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and speed up recovery after exercise.
A systematic review in The Lancet showed that treatment with low-intensity red and near-infrared laser light reduced neck pain (Chow et al. 2009). A meta-analysis of 13 studies showed that the light can improve muscle performance and accelerate recovery, especially when used before exercise (Leal-Junior et al. 2015). In a review, researcher Michael Hamblin describes how the light can reduce inflammation, both where it is applied and throughout the body (Hamblin 2017).
How long and how often should I use it?
About 20 minutes is sufficient for one area, and you can use the panel every day. If you treat several areas, divide the time so that each area gets at least 10 minutes. Sit approximately 10-20 cm from the panel. You can find more information in the user manual.
Can I hang up The Fox on the wall?
The Fox is delivered without a wall mount. Instead, it has a built-in stand that you fold out, allowing it to stand securely on a table, dresser, or bedside table while maintaining the angle you set.
Do I need to wear safety glasses?
The light is bright, so most people find it most comfortable to wear glasses, especially when the panel is directed at the face. A basic pair is included, and if you want greater comfort, our protective glasses are available as an accessory.
Is it safe to use?
The Fox uses LED light without UV radiation. If you have epilepsy, you should be cautious with the pulse function, as it involves flashing lights. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant, photosensitive, or have a medical condition. Nutrilights products are not medical products.
