Apply for an account
Select business customer or reseller in the form. We will review the application and get back to you within a few business days.

We approve the account
Business customers can place orders as soon as their account is approved. Resellers must first sign our reseller agreement.

Log in and see your prices
Prices are shown excluding VAT for all products when you are logged in.

Order
Add the items to the shopping cart and place the order. Resellers must place an initial order of at least SEK 10,000 excluding VAT, after which they can order freely, including via dropshipping.

Should we choose business customer or reseller?
If you use the products in your own business, such as at a gym, spa, or clinic, you are a business customer. If you resell them to your customers in a store, online, or through dropshipping, you are a reseller.
What is required to open an account?
As a business customer, you only need an approved account, with no contract and no minimum order. As a reseller, you sign our reseller agreement and place an initial order of at least SEK 10,000 excluding VAT. After that, you can order freely, including through dropshipping.
We are already an authorized reseller with an agreement. What should we do?
Select Reseller in the form and check that you already have a signed agreement. Enter your company name, company registration number, and contact details, and we will link the account to the agreement and email you when it has been activated. Then log in with your email address.
How do we order and pay?
Log in, add the products to the shopping cart, and click Submit order. We will confirm the order by email and send an invoice with 30 days net payment terms when it is ready for delivery.
Can you ship directly to our customer?
Yes, for resellers. Dropshipping within the Nordic region costs SEK 50 per shipment. Select Other address or dropshipping in the cart and enter the customer's address. Made-to-order items such as The Red Oak and The Red Sky cannot be dropshipped.
What are the shipping and return policies?
Delivery to your company or warehouse within the Nordic region is free of charge. Hygiene products, such as masks and mouth panels, are not eligible for returns.
What warranty applies?
1-year warranty on all products and a 2-year warranty on the red light therapy bed The Red Oak.
Are the products CE-marked?
Yes, all Nutrilight products are CE-marked and comply with European standards.
