Who is The Robin Gen 2 suitable for?
It is ideal for anyone who wants to get started with red and near-infrared light without taking up much space. It is also ideal for those who travel frequently and want to be able to continue their treatments while away. If you want to treat larger areas at once, The Fox or The Red Deer is a better choice.
What is the difference between The Robin Gen 2 and The Fox?
The Robin Gen 2 is our smallest panel, and it is designed to be easy to take with you. The Fox is larger at 30 × 20 cm and stands on a table with a built-in stand. If you want to treat large areas such as your back or legs at once, The Red Deer is our best-selling panel.
How do I use it, and for how long?
Position the panel 0-20 cm from the skin, choose the light mode and brightness, and set the timer to 10, 20, or 30 minutes. It is a good idea to start with a short session at low brightness. You can use it every day or whenever you feel the need. You can find more information about the settings in the user manual.
What wavelengths does The Robin Gen 2 have?
The panel has red light at 660 nm and near-infrared light at 850 nm. You can use them separately or together, allowing you to tailor the use to your needs.
Why does it look like not all the LEDs are lit?
Some of the LEDs emit near-infrared light, which lies outside the visible spectrum. They may therefore appear to be off even though they are working properly. If you look at the panel through your phone’s camera, you will usually see a faint glow.
Do I need safety goggles?
The light is bright, so most people find it more comfortable to wear protective glasses, especially when the panel is directed toward the face. Avoid looking directly into the diodes.
Is it safe to use?
The Robin Gen 2 uses LED light without UV radiation. The panel may become warm, so start with a short session and increase the distance if it feels uncomfortable, especially for children and sensitive skin. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant, sensitive to light, or have a medical condition. Nutrilights products are not medical devices.
How do I clean the panel?
Gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water and cleaning products, and make sure the panel does not get wet.

We ship from our warehouse in Sweden, and delivery normally takes 3-5 business days. If you order before 2 p.m. on a weekday, we usually ship the same day; otherwise, we ship the next business day. Shipping is free. You have a 14-day right of return for unopened packages and a 12-month warranty.
