Policy & Terms
Thank you for choosing Verduro Light Therapy AB, org no 559377-3806 (hereinafter Nutrilight), as the supplier of your new RLT product! These purchase terms apply to all purchases made on Nutrilight's website (www.nutrilight.se) or orders made via email/phone.
When purchasing from Nutrilight, you as a consumer (consumer means a natural person who acts for purposes outside of business activities) have agreed to the purchase and delivery terms described below.
Nutrilight complies with applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.
Products or services available onNutrilight's websiteat any given time do not guarantee that these products or services will always be available. We reserve the right to discontinue a product or service at any time.
We reserve the right to change these purchase terms without notifying the consumer. The version of the terms most recently published is also the version that applies. We encourage our customers to continuously stay updated on the purchase terms.
Nutrilight's products and services are not medical products and are not intended to relieve, prevent, treat, cure, or diagnose any disease or condition. If you are concerned about your health, contact your doctor.
Limitations of liability:
- The warranty only applies to products purchased directly from Nutrilight's website (not through resellers).
- Our satisfaction guarantee applies once per customer and is designed to give you a safe and smooth start with our products.
- Warranty claims must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To process a warranty claim, you also need to provide a brief reason why you are not satisfied with the product.
- For the warranty to apply, the product must be returned in its original packaging and be undamaged.
- You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns may not be made as cash on delivery or collect on delivery. If the item is damaged or lost during return shipping, you as the customer are financially responsible.
- Return cost within Sweden is between 45-99 SEK depending on the product. Return cost outside Sweden is between 100-300 SEK depending on the product.
Actions after claim:
- If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the return address.
- We will refund the entire order amount as soon as the return has reached us.
Exceptions to the warranty:
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, abuse, or modification.
- The warranty does not apply to products used with direct skin contact (for example, but not limited to, The Lynx, The Cobra, The Baby Cobra, The Ruby, The Cherry, The Lady Bug, and protective glasses) for hygienic reasons.
- The warranty does not apply to products with Biocentric light such as The Swan, The White Lotus, or The Moon.
3.1 Payment
Payment is made via Klarna Checkout so that you as a customer can be completely secure with your payment. We do not store any information about your card details or similar. All card or payment information is encrypted and handled directly via Klarna Checkout. You can pay for your products via, for example, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express), invoice, or monthly payment.
As soon as you place your order, the items are shipped, regardless of how you have chosen to arrange your payment with Klarna.
3.2 Refund
When returning, exchanging, or making a complaint, the item must be sent back to us in its original condition. Attach your receipt in your contact with us so that we can track your return. As soon as we have received the item and any inspection has been done, we will refund you the order amount minus the return shipping cost via Klarna Checkout. The return shipping cost within Sweden is between 45-99 SEK depending on the product. The return shipping cost outside Sweden is between 100-300 SEK depending on the product.
We always work as quickly as possible to process your refund, and we refer to the Distance Selling Act that refunds must be made within 30 days from the day the item was received.
Please note that these products cannot be returned or refunded if they have been used.
3.2.1 Exceptions for refunds upon return
When returning products, exceptions apply for refunds of products used in direct skin contact for hygienic reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, the following products: The Lynx, The Cherry, The Lady Bug, The Ruby, and Protective Glasses.
4.1 Right of withdrawal
If you purchase an item from Nutrilight, you have the right under the Distance and Home Sales Act to withdraw your purchase within 14 days from the date the item arrives at your pickup location. If you wish to withdraw your purchase, you must email hello@nutrilight.se. In the subject line, write "Right of withdrawal".

The right of withdrawal applies only as long as the item is intact, in unopened packaging, with all tags attached, and has been sent back to us in its original condition. Remember to pack the item well when shipping. Nutrilight will refund you within 30 days from the date we have received the item.
You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns may not be made as cash on delivery or collect on delivery. If the item is damaged or lost during return shipping, you as the customer are financially responsible.
4.2 Complaint
If your item is defective or damaged, always send an email first to hello@nutrilight.se and explain what is wrong. We will give you further instructions so we can quickly resolve the issue that has occurred.
Incorrect or damaged goods must be reported within 14 days from the date the package arrives at your agent. For return shipments of claimed goods and any exchange items, Nutrilight covers the shipping costs. When returning, the item must be well packaged; if the item is damaged or lost during return shipping, you as the customer are financially responsible.
4.3 Sample Sale - Special terms
Please note that products purchased during our Sample Sale are sold as is. These products may have defects or other minor imperfections, which is reflected in the reduced price. Therefore, no right of withdrawal, return, or complaint applies to these products. By completing the purchase, you accept the condition of the product and waive future claims.
5.1 Shipping costs
For delivery within Sweden, no shipping costs apply. We offer free shipping for all orders within Sweden.
For delivery to other countries, please kindly contact us at hello@nutrilight.se we will assist you with information about shipping costs and any arrangements for international delivery.
5.1 1 Customs duties and other related fees
For delivery of products outside the EU, any customs duties and other related fees will be added in accordance with applicable customs regulations and local laws. These fees are the customer's responsibility and will be charged separately upon delivery or afterwards depending on the customs authorities' procedures.
5.2 Delivery Time
Our goal is always to deliver as quickly as possible.
⦁ Within Sweden: Stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days excluding holidays. If a different delivery time applies, you will find that information on the respective product's information page.
⦁ Within the EU: Please note that deliveries within the EU, but outside Sweden, may take longer.
⦁ Outside the EU: For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (EU), delivery times may be further extended due to necessary customs procedures and clearance.
We recommend our customers to consider the potentially longer delivery time for orders and deliveries outside Sweden.
5.3 Delivery Info
We send all our packages with Mailbox, and they deliver via various shipping companies such as UPS, DHL, Postnord, etc. You as a customer then pick up your package at the nearest agent. When the package is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification via SMS. Therefore, it is very important that you provide the correct phone number.
5.4 Unclaimed Packages
The package will be held at your agent for two weeks. If the package is not picked up, it will be sent back. You as a customer will be charged 400 SEK for an uncollected package to cover packaging costs, shipping fees, and return processing.
6.1 One-Year Warranty
We guarantee that our products are free from material and manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If any defect occurs during this warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, either replace the product at no cost to you or repair the product. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or modifications to the product not approved by the manufacturer.
6.2 Refund or Replacement
If the product is found to have a defect covered by the warranty, and we cannot replace it, you may be entitled to a refund of the original purchase price or to receive an equivalent product.
All products we specify as special order items are covered by an 18-month warranty. Nutrilight reserves the right to define what is classified as special order items. The warranty period starts from the delivery date. Please note that the right of withdrawal and open purchase do not apply to our special order items.
6.3 Limitation of Liability
Our guarantee only applies to products purchased directly from us and not through an authorized reseller. We disclaim all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our remedy for any defects in the product, under the terms of this warranty, is limited to replacement of the product as described above.
6.4 Price Match Guarantee
At Nutrilight, we always strive to offer the best prices for our customers. If you find the same product at a lower price from another retailer, we will match the price!
- Find a lower price: If you find the same Nutrilight product at a lower price from a competitor, make sure it is identical in terms of brand, model, and specifications.
- Contact us: Send us a link or proof of the lower price by contacting our customer service atA0hello@nutrilight.se. Make sure the lower price is still valid at the time of your inquiry.
- We match the price: Once we have verified that the conditions are met, we match the lower price immediately so you can feel confident that you always get the best price with us.
Terms for the price match guarantee:
- The product must be identical in specifications and available from the competitor at the time of the inquiry.
- The price match guarantee only applies to products sold by authorized resellers within Sweden.
- Does not apply to clearance sales, stock clearances, or special offers requiring membership or coupons.

In order for you as a customer to make a purchase, we must collect personal data. Personal data refers to any kind of information that directly or indirectly can be linked to a living individual. The information provided during registration is processed by Nutrilight. You have the right to request an extract of the information registered about you once a year. If any information is incorrect, incomplete, or misleading, we will of course correct it if you notify us. You can also request to have your information deleted. Nutrilight only uses the information to fulfill the agreement and does not sell personal data to third parties. By making a purchase through us, you also agree to Nutrilight's collection and processing of your personal data. Read more about how we handle personal data under Privacy Policy.
