Nutrilight

Nutrilight was founded in Sweden with a passion for natural health and a belief that technology can be used to enhance the body's own abilities. We specialize in red light therapy products that support the body's health and well-being by boosting recovery, energy levels, and skin health.

With Fredrik Paulún as our scientific advisor, one of Sweden's most recognized nutritionists and health experts, we have a solid scientific foundation for our products and services. Our philosophy is to combine scientific support with carefully selected technologies to ensure that our products meet the highest standards and deliver proven results.

Founded by Fredrik Paulùn

In December 2019, I had lunch with an old friend, who is also a doctor. He told me about red light therapy and that it could have effects on health as significant as healthy food. I couldn't believe what I heard and, with skepticism, I began to look up studies on "photobiomodulation," as the research field is called. I was completely amazed when what he said turned out to be true...

I found thousands of studies, most of them with positive results, and this became my great calling: to explain to you and everyone else that light is like a nutrient we need to feel good. The sun provides this in a fantastic way, and red light therapy is a good second choice. That is why I wrote the book "The Light Revolution" and started "Nutrilight," which develops and markets effective products based on scientific evidence. In the beginning, many were skeptical of my new direction, but now we have spread the message and Nutrilight has gained enormous reach.
