General terms and conditions
Thank you for choosing Verduro Light Therapy AB, org no 559377-3806 (hereinafter Nutrilight), as the supplier of your new RLT product! These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on Nutrilight's website (www.nutrilight.se).
- When purchasing from Nutrilight, you as a consumer (consumer means a natural person who acts for purposes outside of business activities) have agreed to the purchase and delivery terms described below.
- Nutrilight complies with applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.
- Products or services available on Nutrilight's website at a given time do not guarantee that these products or services will always be available. We reserve the right to discontinue a product or service at any time.
- We reserve the right to change these terms of purchase without notifying the consumer. The version of the terms that is most recently published is also the version that applies. We encourage our customers to continuously stay updated on the terms of purchase.
- Nutrilight's products and services are not medical products and are not intended to relieve, prevent, treat, cure, or diagnose any disease or condition. If you are concerned about your health, please contact your doctor.
2. 14-DAY RIGHT OF RETURN ACCORDING TO THE DISTANCE SELLING ACT
- To use the return policy, the product must be returned in unopened original packaging and be in like-new condition. The product must therefore not have been used, tested, or unpacked from its boxes.
- You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost. Returns must not be sent as cash on delivery or collect on delivery. Return cost within Sweden is between 50-150 SEK depending on the product.
- Return cost outside Sweden is between 200-350 SEK depending on the product. If the item is damaged or lost during the return, you as the customer are responsible.
- 14-day return policy applies only to products purchased directly from Nutrilights website - not via resellers.
- We will refund the entire order amount minus the return shipping cost as soon as the return has reached us.
- Please note that the product cannot be returned or refunded if it has been opened.

- Payment is made via Klarna Checkout so that you as a customer can be completely secure with your payment. We do not store any information about your card details or similar. All card or payment information is encrypted and handled directly via Klarna Checkout. You can pay for your products via, for example, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express), invoice, or monthly payment.
- As soon as you place your order, the items are shipped, regardless of how you have chosen to arrange your payment with Klarna.
4. REFUND
- For returns or complaints, the item must be sent back to us in its original condition.
- As soon as we have received the item and any inspection has been done, we will refund you the order amount minus the return cost via Klarna Checkout.
- Return cost within Sweden is between 45-99 SEK depending on the product. Return cost outside Sweden is between 100-300 SEK depending on the product.
- We always work as quickly as possible to process your refund, and we refer to the Distance Selling Act that refunds must be made within 30 days from the day the item was received.
- Please note that products cannot be refunded if they have been used.
- When returning products, exceptions apply for refunds of products used in direct skin contact for hygienic reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, the following products: The Lynx, The Cherry, The Lady Bug, The Ruby, and Protective Glasses.
If you buy an item from Nutrilight, you have the right under the Distance and Home Sales Act to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date the item arrives at your pickup location.
- If you cancel your purchase, you must email hello@nutrilight.se. In the subject line, write "Right of withdrawal".
- The right of withdrawal only applies as long as the item is intact, in unopened packaging, with all tags attached, and has been returned to us in its original condition.
- Remember to pack the item well when shipping. Nutrilight will refund you within 30 days from when we have received the item.
- You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns may not be made as cash on delivery or collect on delivery. If the item is damaged or lost during return shipping, you as the customer are financially responsible.
- Please note that the right of withdrawal and open purchase do not apply to our made-to-order items with a delivery time of 3-4 months.
6. COMPLAINT
If your item is defective or damaged, send an email to hello@nutrilight.se if you placed your order in the webshop. If you made your purchase through our corporate department, you are welcome to contact us at info@nutrilight.se
- Complaints must be made in writing to Nutrilight's customer service within one (1) year from the order date. After this time, no compensation or other reimbursement is offered.
- Nutrilight only handles complaints via email. Not through phone, social media, or other channels.
- Nutrilight handles all cases in order. Creating new cases regarding the same order product does not speed up the process.
- To establish a complaint case, Nutrilight needs all relevant documentation. When you email us, always attach: Your order number, description of the defect, clear photo or video material describing the problem. Without this information, no complaint case can be established.
- If the package arrives damaged to the recipient, it must be reported within 14 days from the date the package arrives at your agent. For return shipments of the complained product and any replacement product, Nutrilight covers the shipping cost. When returning, the item must be well packaged; if the item is damaged or lost during return, you as the customer are financially responsible.
- For approved complaints, Nutrilight offers a replacement product, spare part, or refund within 1 year from the date the order was placed. Nutrilight reserves the right to decide the appropriate action.
- Your right to complaint and any replacement product always starts from the date of your original order. If you have already received a replacement product, this does not count as a new complaint – the original order date still applies for your right to complain.
- In complaint cases, Nutrilight's responsibility is limited to remedying the defect through repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer legislation. No further compensation or reimbursement is provided due to processing time or other indirect costs.
- Nutrilight's complaint policy covers all orders placed in Nutrilight's webshop or through Nutrilight's Corporate Department.
- The policy does not cover purchases made from Nutrilight's resellers.
7. COMPLAINT - NUTRILIGHT RE:LIGHT, SALE ITEMS AND SAMPLE SALE
- Products purchased during Nutrilight's Sample Sale are sold as is. These products may have defects or other minor imperfections, which is reflected in the reduced price. Therefore, no right of return or complaint applies to these products. By completing the purchase, you accept the condition of the product and waive future claims.
- Products purchased from Nutrilight Re:Light - circular shop are sold as is. These products may have defects or other minor imperfections, which is reflected in the reduced price. Therefore, no right of return or complaint applies to these products. By completing the purchase, you accept the condition of the product and waive future claims.
8. COMPLAINT - CUSTOM ORDERS

For custom orders, such as The Red Oak, The Red Sky, and corresponding models, a one (1) year complaint right applies from the order date. Service is included during the first year.

To establish a complaint case, the customer must provide the following information: order number, a description of the fault, and clear pictures or video material showing the problem. Without this information, the complaint case cannot be registered.

Nutrilight may, if necessary, request additional information to be able to order suitable spare parts. If such information is not provided by the customer, the case cannot be processed.

Service work is booked only after Nutrilight has received all relevant information required to order suitable spare parts. The spare parts are sent to the customer's specified address and the customer must confirm receipt before a technician is dispatched.

Service work is performed on weekdays excluding holidays, Monday to Friday.

Complaints about custom orders are handled in order, in the same way as other complaint cases. All complaint cases are handled exclusively via email.

In complaint cases, Nutrilight's responsibility is limited to remedying the fault through repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer legislation. No further compensation or financial reimbursement is provided due to processing time or other indirect costs.
- For delivery within Sweden, no shipping costs apply. We offer free shipping for all orders within Sweden.
- For delivery to other countries, please contact us at hello@nutrilight.se and we will assist you with information about shipping costs and any arrangements for international delivery.
10. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND OTHER FEES
- For delivery of products outside the EU, any customs duties and other related fees will be added in accordance with applicable customs regulations and local laws.
- These fees are the customer's responsibility and will be charged separately upon delivery or afterwards depending on customs authorities' procedures.
11. DELIVERY TIME
Our goal is always to deliver as quickly as possible.
- Within Sweden: Stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. If a different delivery time applies, you will find that information on the respective product's information page.
- Within the EU: Please note that deliveries within the EU, but outside Sweden, may take longer.
- Outside the EU: For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (EU), delivery times may be further extended due to necessary customs procedures and clearance.
- We recommend our customers to allow for potentially longer delivery times when ordering and delivering outside Sweden.
12. DELIVERY INFORMATION
- We send our packages via various shipping companies such as UPS, DHL, Postnord, etc. You as a customer then pick up your package at the nearest agent.
- Nutrilight cannot offer a specific agent as this is controlled by the shipping company and the current availability of local agents. Nutrilight does not pay for a new delivery for the package to be sent to a new agent.
- When the package is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification via SMS. Therefore, it is very important that you enter the correct phone number.
- Nutrilight is not responsible for shipments where incorrect delivery information has been provided by the customer.
13. UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
- The package will be held at your agent for two weeks. If the package is not collected, it will be sent back.
- You as a customer will be charged 400 SEK for uncollected packages to cover packaging costs, shipping fees, and return processing.
- One-Year Warranty: We guarantee that our products are free from material and manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If any defect occurs during this warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, either replace the product at no cost to you or repair the product.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications to the product not approved by the manufacturer.
- If the product is found to have a defect covered by the warranty, and we cannot replace it, you may be entitled to a refund of the original purchase price or to receive an equivalent product.
- The 12-month warranty does not cover samplesale products and products from Nutrilight Re:Light.
- The 12-month warranty also covers made-to-order items with longer delivery times, such as The Red Oak and The Red Sky. The warranty period starts from the date of the order.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Our warranty only applies to products purchased directly from us and not through an authorized reseller.
- We disclaim all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Our compensation for any defects in the product, according to the terms of this warranty, is limited to replacement of the product as described above.
- If you have questions or if something has gone wrong with your order or if for any other reason you wish to reach our customer service, we are available to you by email, hello@nutrilight.se.
- Our customer support is available on weekdays excluding holidays from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM via email.
- Nutrilight does not offer customer service by phone or through other channels.
- All cases are handled in order. Emailing Nutrilight multiple times does not make the case handled faster.
- Nutrilight only handles inquiries regarding orders placed directly with us. If your purchase was made through one of Nutrilight's resellers, we refer you to their customer service.
- In order for you as a customer to complete a purchase, we must collect personal data. Personal data refers to any kind of information that directly or indirectly can be linked to a living individual. The data provided during registration is processed by Nutrilight.
- You have the right to request an extract once a year for the information registered about you. If any data is incorrect, incomplete, or misleading, we will of course correct it if you notify us.
- You can also request to have your data deleted. Nutrilight only uses the data to fulfill the contract and does not sell personal data to third parties.
- By making a purchase through us, you also agree to Nutrilight's collection and processing of your personal data.
